Finding hard-coded text in xcode

Hello, I would like to localize my application, and the problem is that I have hard-coded text throughout the code and in xib files. I would like a quick way to export or better get all the text with hard code and put it in an external file. if someone did this before pls shares?

You can use regular expression to search in all projects.

Press CMD + SHIFT + F and open global search.
Click on the lens (to the left of the text box) and select "options."

Select "Regular Expression" and paste @"[a-zA-Z0-9]+"
