IOS 7 will go into full screen mode (add to the main screen)

Question

Is there a way to enter full screen mode for iOS 7? For example, when you add it to your desktop, and only your site pops up, and not the url panel and background, etc.? Does anyone know how to do this? Ive looked at a few posts stating that you can no longer go full screen on iOS 7, but then I looked at the OpenAppMkt web application and it seemed to be able to hide the url string on iOS 7

If you have access to HTML, add the following line to HEAD:

<meta name="apple-mobile-web-app-capable" content="yes"> 

Then refresh the page in Safari and re-add the page to the main screen. (If content="no" , then it will not be displayed in full screen.)
