Is there any good interactive 3D graphics?

I am looking for a library that will display and display graphs (e.g. network diagrams, not diagrams) in 3D, with some interactivity, for example, selecting and dragging nodes, rotating the display, etc. I would like to do this online so that Javascript or Flash is preferable, I would also consider Java.

Having looked at it myself, I understand that the parameters are very limited, so I'm interested in hearing about any such libraries, regardless of language or interactivity, even if they do not start in the browser. 3D is important, although there are other issues related to converting 2D libraries on this site.

Update: please stop adding details to 2D graphics libraries. As the question says, I'm looking for 3D libraries and there are other questions regarding two-dimensional graphs.

Pros: Great interactive 3D graphics library in Java.

Cons: not actively supported, last updated in 2003.

These are C ++ and SDL / OpenGL, but you can find Forg3D (see also this paper ). I have no experience with this.

Starlight is a powerful 3D visualization tool that I used several years ago (2005?) For a project. I remember that he was strong enough at that time. Then I was not interested in the web interface. It is still actively supported and has a separate non-governmental organization for processing commercial licensing.
