Problems installing Qt5

I am trying to install Qt5 on OS-X 10.7.5 using a pre-created binary version .

Everything seems to be OK, QtCreator is installed, and it works.

However, when I create a new project, I get an error: "No valid set found." It appears that the detected version of Qt is an old version of Qt4.

The file I used for installation is the one that contains everything: Qt5, QtCreator, ... (398 MB), but only the directory with QtCreator is available during installation.

Do I need to remove Qt4 first?
Is this a problem that someone else had?

Thanks.

Qt Creator 2.6 introduced the concept of "kits". You must have at least one set correctly configured with the Qt version and toolchain. Unfortunately, installing the SDK does not configure the kit for you, and the documentation is simply missing.

Here is some information on how to set up the kit. The page is not even linked to the main pages of the document. http://doc-snapshot.qt-project.org/qtcreator-2.6/creator-targets.html

In QtCreator, you can specify the location of the Qt SDK that you want to use.

See this guide on the official website.
