Which one is wrong? Msdn or Headerfile

I am currently IAudioVolumeDuckNotification to C #. But there is one problem with the declaration of the OnVolumeUnduckNotification method. Msdn tells me the following: enter image description here

and my header file "audiopolicy.h" tells me the following: enter image description here

As you can see, in the msdn version there is a second parameter. I am completely confused. Which one is correct? Which should I use and where can I report this error?

As requested by the link to the msdn page: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/dd371012(v=vs.85).aspx

The SDK is always right that you compile.

MSDN tends to suffer from cut and paste errors. It’s hard to get a fix; the Microsoft Windows group does not accept feedback. Responsibility for a billion customers.
