Are iAds allowed to hide even when they are available?

I need to hide iAds depending on certain conditions, regardless of their availability. So, I was wondering if my application will be rejected in case I hide iAd, even when iAd is displayed.

iAds will not work if their alpha is set to a value other than 1, so you can simply use this code to disable it:

ADBannerView *banner; [banner setAlpha:0];

So you also remove ads in applications, so your application will not be rejected for this - again, iAds DO NOT display if the alpha is set to a value other than 1, so you cannot hide the iAd and display it at the same time - to a large extent, when you hide iAd, this is equivalent to the fact that the user does not have any Internet connection, and iAd is hidden.
