Amazon mobile ads not working

I have implemented Amazon Mobile Ads in accordance with this guide: https://developer.amazon.com/public/apis/earn/mobile-ads/docs/quick-start

But I'm having problems displaying ads, and it looks like my application is somehow rejected by the Amazon ad server:

Some information that may make a difference:

  • The SDK is the latest (downloaded from https://developer.amazon.com/public/apis/earn/mobile-ads )
  • Most of the code is the same as the sample project (FloatingAdActivity.java)
  • If I change the application key in the same way as the sample project ("sample-app-v1_pub-2"), it works
  • The application is registered but not yet published.
  • I am not based in the USA.

What should I change for my app to display Amazon ads?

It turned out that the problem is at the end of the Amazon, contacted them and got a fix in a day.

The process was quite simple: I used my contact portal for developers: https://developer.amazon.com/help/contact-us.html , as the theme "Ads for mobile ads", and the content of my initial question is above as a Message. Then they were able to identify the problem and fixed it.

I also had this problem, with a similar error log. After waiting 30-60 minutes, he left by himself. (I did not contact Amazon support and did not change anything in my code).

It looks like adUnits needs to be "warmed up" until the ads are delivered for the first time.
