Crontab - Run a cronjob quarterly

Can someone give a sample of how I can run a cron job quarterly. These include the dates March 31 , June 30 , September 30 , Dec 31 .

The simplest solution here is to have two entries in your crontab - one for 30 and the other for 31 s, for example:

  0 0 30 6,9 * /path/to/your/script 0 0 31 3,12 * /path/to/your/script
