How to enable Failed Request Tracing in IIS 10.0 on a Windows 10 PC?

How to enable Fail Request Tracing in IIS 10.0 on my Windows 10 computer?

I can find instructions for IIS7 and IIS8.5 (see http://www.iis.net/learn/troubleshoot/using-failed-request-tracing/troubleshooting-failed-requests-using-tracing-in-iis-85 ), but does not seem to be available in IIS10.

In accordance with the above instructions, the “Actions” panel should contain a link to “Request Failure” in the “Configuration” section, but, as you can see, the screenshot is clearly not: screenshot of the IIS action panel

The instructions should work the same way, since the user interface has not changed. Make sure you install Failed Request Tracing for this run Optional Features.exe and make sure that tracing is enabled in Internet Information Services → World Wide Web Services → Health and Diagnostics.
