Long loading operation when opening an xml layout on the last ADT

In the last ADT package, when I try to open the xml layout editor, it opens, and then the following message appears:

The rendering object (Android 4.4.2) is still loading.

The layout will automatically update after the process is complete.

Also, most operations in eclipse take a lot of time, for example, renaming a resource, and I do not think that this is somehow related to setting up my PC.

I am using the latest JDK, what should I do? or is it a bug in the Android development tools?

Make sure the Android SDK and ADT are the same version. For example, if you have Android SDK v22.6.2 installed, you must also install ADT v22.6.2.

In addition, Java JDK 1.6.45 is the latest compatible version for Android. JDK 7 is not yet supported.

FYI: Android SDK v22.6.1 and ADT v22.6.1 are errors. You must upgrade both to v22.6.2.
