Serving Django Static Files in OpenShift

Question

According to a blog post in March 2014 , OpenShift now got rid of some directories such as wsgi /, wsgi / static /, data / and libs /.

Given that for this purpose I used wsgi / static, how should I now use static django files?

According to openshift.conf.erb , it looks like it is checking if you have the $OPENSHIFT_REPO_DIR/wsgi/static directory and it continues to work. I have not verified that this works, but it looks like it should be.
