Notepad ++ Mirror text from right to left

I am using Notepad ++ Version 6.5.5.

I use both English and Hebrew, so I need to switch back and forth alternately. Text from right to left to right to left Hebrew.

When you press ALT + CTRL + R:

  • The page layout is reset to the right, as expected.
  • However, all text is mirrored.

To see the text correctly, I need to update my display in one of the following ways:

  • Double-click F11, OR
  • Double-click F12, OR
  • Minimize and then maximize the window.

When you press ALT + CTR + L:

  • The page layout returns to the left side as expected.
  • However, all text is mirrored again.

This problem seems to appear only in recent versions, as it did not happen in the past. Is there a solution for this? If not, I would prefer to translate Notepad ++ to the latest version (BTW, what was it?), It worked correctly. So where can I find him now?

This is a confirmed defect of Notepad ++ # 4782 . As you can see, the author of Notepad ++ (Don Ho) personally gave priority 8 out of 9, which means that he is considered high and he received the status Accepted , so it will be fixed relatively soon. I know the late answer ... but I hope this helps someone.

As you can see in @miroxlav's answer, this is Notepad ++ error. Anyway, if you want to work with the language from right to left (for example, in Hebrew), you can use the workaround that I found here : minimize the window and open it again; This has been fixed for me!
