RTL (from right to left) through automatic splitting on iOS 6.1 / iOS 7.0?

Could it be that the RTL concept using auto-layout no longer works on iOS 6.1 and iOS 7.0 devices (also a simulator)? It works for iOS 6.0 (there is only a simulator for verification), so when you set the device language to Arabic, it displays the user interface, as expected for version 6.0.

(The direction for horizontal restriction is set to: "Exceed to trailing")

Tried this problem for several days, but to no avail ...

Ok It seems that iOS 6.1+ devices (simulator) require a locale (ar) that has been defined - adding it to the project will solve this problem.
