Slow debugging ASP.NET MVC 5 2nd, 3rd time

Question

I am running an ASP.NET MVC application (in debug mode) from LocalHost in MS VS 2013 Pro. The application connects to a remote database.

For some reason, the application has become much slower "in one night." All this worked smoothing until a day ago. Now for some reason, when I boot my machine (cold boot) and run the application, it works fine. But just say that I close the application and stop debugging, and then run the application again, it is really very slow. If I restart the computer and then run the application, everything will be fine.

So, basically, this is the second time you debug (without rebooting the whole machine) that its ultra, very slow.

Try the following steps to resolve the problem:

1) Go to Tools> Options> Source Control and set Current control source ...: No

2) Go to Tools> Options> Environment> Synchronized Settings and clear this option by unchecking the box.

3) Clear the contents in the following cache folders (do not delete these folders, but do not delete their contents) and restart Visual Studio :

• Clear the contents in the WebSiteCache folder (can be found in
  C: \ Users \% USERNAME% \ AppData \ Local \ Microsoft \ WebSiteCache)

• Empty the contents in the Temporary ASP.NET Files folder (can be found in
  C: \ Users \% USERNAME% \ AppData \ Local \ Temp \ Temporary ASP. NET)

I think that the solvation of your problem can be created in the settings of your profile "Only my code" for the compiler. Remembering that you are using your solution from VS - your exception gives this thought:
