No CSS highlighting and completion in Intellij

Somehow I don't get highlighting and code completion in Intellij IDEA. Despite the fact that they advertise highlighting and code completion on the website: JetBrains Intellij IDEA . HTML, on the other hand, works.

Is it possible to install or is it impossible in Community Edition?

Sorry, CSS support is only available in the Ultimate Edition. Check out the Jetbrains feature comparison page .
