Visual Studio 2013 3 update, the constructor will not load

I have the following situation. I installed Visual Studio Update 3 last night. Now I have a problem that when I open my projects (Universal Apps), which I did when I had update 2, my constructor does not load and throws an exception:

Does anyone know how to solve this? I think this is not a mistake, because everything has probably been tested by Microsoft, and this is not an RC update. I am going to remove this update if I do not figure out a solution. I guess this could be related to haml if something has changed?

I understood from the connection newsletter that there are two folders in your Windows profile for which you need to clear their contents in order for the Visual Studio designer to work with updating the version of Visual Studio 2013 3.

Two folders:

For Blend: AppData \ Local \ Microsoft \ VisualStudio \ 12.0 \ Blend \ ShadowCache

For Visual Studio 2013: AppData \ Local \ Microsoft \ VisualStudio \ 12.0 \ Designer \ ShadowCache

Do not delete these folders, just delete the contents of these folders, and you will return to work with the XAML designer.

Clearing ShadowCache did not resolve this for me. The key is found from the MSDN article and checked the event viewer for exceptions, look for XDesProc.exe.

The problem was an outdated driver for my video card.

After the update, everything started working again
