Differences between Mingw-w64 and TDM-GCC for a simple GDI project

I need to create a simple non-profit tool (dealing with the Windows GDI API) on Win64 for Win64 (without cross-compilation). MinGW seems like the best option for me.
I have already used the 32-bit version in the past, as for 64-bit ones, can you tell me the main differences between the following assemblies ?:

In addition, the classic MinGW32 uses the simple mingw-get.exe to customize the configuration and keep up with the update cycle. What is equivalent now?

I posted a short review of MinGW / MinGW-w64 / TDM-GCC here: What is the difference between the Orwell MinGW and TDM Dev-C ++ versions?

What is equivalent now?

There seems to be no version of MinGW-W64 mingw-get; not sure if this is still valid. However, MinGW-w64 contains a good installer.

Btw. MinGW-w64 is not just a β€œ64-bit MinGW port” - it is more .
