Create a new file with a similar name in Emacs with Helm

I always open eshell and run the new-file-name find-file because helm always provides me with candidates and a million options that are not like the main function I want: forcing the file called what I typed. For example, I want to create an org document called mto.org in a directory with another org file.

Helm completes rather than letting me make a new file :(

How can I get helm to create a file with the name I typed, so I can save 10 seconds by avoiding opening eshell and adding a small but (hopefully easy) preventable violation of my concentration?

You can press Cp and select the line

 [?] mto.org

and then just press RET . He (asks you) to create a file with the name that you typed.
