I still have not found a way to completely fix this, but I have two simple working points in the comments that should be raised to “answers”.
(1) Open a console with a browser at localhost: port / ibm / console. The port number can be found as follows:

(2) Create a new workspace. In my experience, the problem will not arise in the new work area.
