SwipeRefreshLayout from support21 to old style

I just updated the support library and the new SwipeRefreshLayout is not my taste. Is there any way to bring back the old style? There are also setColor methods - which is strange - they don't seem to be needed anymore. I really hope that the old style I do not need to stick to the old library.

I really needed to do this - I needed a "Holo" SwipeRefreshLayout with an upper horizontal line indicator and not a down arrow indicator.

In fact, you can just reference the old version of the Android support library in your project if you want to use the old SwipeRefreshLayout; eg.

compile 'com.android.support:support-v4:21.0.+'

I'm not sure version 21 is old enough; you may have to go back to 20. The caveat here, of course, if you need functionality from one of the new versions of the supporting libraries, you will not have access to this function.
