Does sublime text 3 support "find customs" ("go to links" or "list links") or do any plugins support this?

I want to write if sublime text can do something like look up a function in eclipse or intellij.

The CTL SublimeText package gives you access to the functions of the Exuberant CTags tool ( multi language and browser). Seems to work for versions 2 and 3.
