ITunes Connect Submit for Beta App Review does not have the ability to disclose the use of IDFA

Today I downloaded a new build from Xcode to try the new TestFlight test program. After I submitted the beta application for viewing, it was rejected due to the "Undeclared use of advertising ID [IDFA].

I know that I use IDFA to track ads, and I have no problem posting it, but the TestFlight submission process does not have a place to post it. When I went to the real app store, I had questions that I answered about IDFA, but it seems that the external testing verification thread does not have the same questions. He only asked about Export Compliance, after which I introduced.

I tried loading a new assembly and again had the same problem. Something I'm doing wrong or an error in a new Apple thread? Has anyone else seen the same problem or worked around this?
