Error installing herokel toolkelt on Windows 8: Cannot execute file C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Heroku \ ruby-1.9.3 \ bin \ gem.bat

Question

I wanted to install toolkelt heroics. I choose the full installation.

During installation, I received this error.

After the installation is completed, heroku login does not work.

You do not have permission to write the file to the section. You can try to run the installer using the administrator.

I am running Windows 8 X64 VM on my Mac and I just installed the Heroku tool on it and it seems to start without any problems.

Try restarting your system or running gem.bat separately to see if it works or not. Probably not privileged to work with the current user account.
