Remove Mylyn from Eclipse Luna

I found a lot of instructions that will tell me how to do this: Go to Help → Software Updates → Manage the configuration and delete it there (all of them seem to point to Mylyn website instructions). But in the moon the menu has changed. It has a "Check for Updates", which does not have the "Configuration Management" and "Installation Information" options. Installation information only allows you to remove it from the "Installed software" tab, and Mylyn is not displayed there. How to remove Milina from the moon? I would like to avoid manual removal if possible.
