Both Find/Replace and Find in Files/Replace do not support you if a replacement occurs. A regular search / replacement in the buffer directly replaces, and the only confirmation you can get is when you do Find in Files , and Sublime prompts you to confirm the replacement after telling you how many replacements will be made.
Thus, the only way to get something like this is to contact an external plugin / package that will perform its own search and replace option so that you can be asked to confirm the changes.
I personally do not know about any packages that would do this, but a search in Package Control calls the RegReplace package, which lists its functions:
Create teams that highlight results and require confirmation before replacing.
This suggests that I never used the package myself, and from a brief look at the documentation site, it seems that it can only search in the current document, and not in the files.
A potential workaround would be to use native Find in Files to search for all files with values, then manually open them and use RegReplace to retry the operation again.
