Where can I find out about MEF?

I watched an episode of DNR TV with Glenn Block, and it looks like MEF would be useful for my company. I am trying to find out more information about its strengths and weaknesses and some exemplary projects that use it. Are there any good blogs / tutorials on using MEF?

Note. I use C #, so if the examples are in C #, that would be great.

Recently, Mike Tauti made a set of screencasts using MEF in Silverlight, which should be a good introduction to MEF.

I have been doing an ever-growing MEF series from the very basics to more advanced things planned in the near future.

If you are looking for information about the latest version of MEF that ships with the next .NET Framework, the final source of information is the BCL Blog Team on MSDN.

(MEF is part of the .NET base class libraries.)

Mark Seemann dependency injection in .NET has a section on MEF as well as Castle Windsor, StructureMap, Spring.NET, Autofac, and Unity.
