HealthKit iTunes Connect License Error

I enabled the health set features in the Xcode service and HealthKit in the Developer Center at some point for my application. But then I immediately turned it off, because I decided not to turn it on. There are no things related to HealthKit in my application, I disabled this feature and also disabled it in the development center. However, when I try to send my application to iTunes connect, it gives me an error:

Applications that use the rights [com.apple.developer.healthkit] must have a privacy policy URL for [English]. If your application does not use these rights, remove them from your application and upload a new binary file.

While checking the application in Xcode, it still shows me the right to medical equipment: com.apple.developer.healthkit

Any idea how I can completely get rid of this right from my application? I’ve been fighting for more than a day :(

NOTE. This is a new application that is not yet available in the app store.

I ran into the same problem and I finally fixed it. Make sure that you delete any link to HealthKit not only in your application, but also in your developer profile for this application.

Go to the developer's site

  • Click the "Application Identifiers" link on the page of the developer of certificates, identifiers and profiles

  • Select the application ID that you use in your application.

  • Click "Edit"

  • If HealthKit is enabled, disable it and click Finish

  • Restore all provisioning profiles using this application identifier

Open xcode

  1. Turn Healtkit into your project (it looks like you've already done it, I'm writing it for another)

  2. Make sure you have no Healtkit traces in your permissions file, the plist and HealthKit files are not in your Framework.

  3. select Xcode> Settings> Accounts. Choose your team and click "View Details"

  4. Click the update button in the lower left corner to update the provisioning profiles.

  5. Restart Xcode and rebuild the project

  6. Submit your application. During the sending process, you should no longer see the right to Healtkit.

Note. If you still encounter a problem, I suggest that you delete all your configuration profiles in step 5 and try again. Remember to restart Xcode.

APP has a privacy policy URL, just fill this URL with your company’s URL and save and submit your request.
