Bootstrap 3.3. Internet Explorer 10 glyphics not showing

Glyphons are not displayed in Internet Explorer 10. They are displayed correctly in both Chrome and Firefox, as well as in Internet Explorer 11.

Icons render when serviced locally, but not on a remote server (I'm not sure that the fact that it is served via HTTPS matters).

Based on other related questions, this is what I have tried and not working:

1) There are no errors on the console indicating a problem.

2) When downloading fonts, there is no 404.

3) Headers and mimetics are correctly set in the answer.

4) I tried replacing the fonts with a new boot font download.

5) Internet Explorer 10 security policy for downloading web fonts.

There seems to be no problem, but nothing is displayed for the font.

Try to remove or comment on the font-face property in your css file that overrides bootstrap.css, this causes a problem with the display of character icons (e.g. on safari).

If font download is disabled in Internet Explorer security settings, Bootstrap icons will never be displayed. Just tested this for a similar problem that I encountered in IE installations, in which the high security policy set by the system administrator was set.
