StoreKit - unable to connect to iTunes Store on touch ID

After a while in Sandbox Touch ID mode, it will have a StoreKit error. But if you specify your password instead of using Touch ID, it will work fine.

Error Domain=SSServerErrorDomain Code=1003 "Cannot connect to iTunes Store" UserInfo=0x170462d80 {NSLocalizedDescription=Cannot connect to iTunes Store, SSErrorAllowBioAuthenticationKey=true}

This is an error dump. This happens only occasionally, but then when it starts to happen, it never gets better.

Many of our beta testers have encountered this problem, and we have not yet begun to live in the application store. Therefore, it’s scary to think that many people will not be able to buy anything due to a Touch ID error. I just hope that we will not do anything on our part.
