Where is cdb.exe located in Visual Studio 2013?

I am trying to configure a debugger for Qt Creator. However, I can not find cdb.exe. From the Internet, I found out that it should be located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\8.0\Debuggers\x64\cdb.exe . However, I do not have the C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\8.0\Debuggers directory. I have a directory called C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\8.1\Debuggers\x64 , but it contains only the dbghelp.dll , srcsrv.dll and symsrv.dll .

cdb.exe and the gui equivalent, equivalent to windbg.exe, are part of the debugging tools for windows and should be loaded as part of the SDK window, in the past it was also part of the DDK.

You can get it here: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/hardware/hh852365.aspx

If you are only interested in tools, there is a link for standalone debugging tools (as part of the Windows 8.1 SDK): https://www.microsoft.com/click/services/Redirect2.ashx?CR_EAC=300135395

dbghelp.dll, srcsrv.dll and symsrv.dll are shipped as part of Windows and were with Windows 2000 (I think this certainly applies to dbghelp.dll).
