Cordoba navbar more in iOS 6

Question

Working with Cordova and Iona at the moment and trying to make the application as compatible as possible (which is not surprising for you), except that I came across one small problem.

The navigation bar after iOS 7 is bigger in that it also covers the background of the status bar, as shown below.

Therefore, when I download the application on the phone running iOS 6 or earlier, the status bar does not change, the whole page just moves down, hiding part of the content in the footer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I probably missed something simple.

If I understand correctly, you need to add an add-on as follows:

document.body.style.marginTop = "20px"; 

This should make navigation correct.
