All target devices on xcode become "uncomfortable"

Question

I tried installing xcode 4.6 along with my existing xcode 6.3. During installation, I have problems with my face. one solution was to execute this command:

/Developer/Library/uninstall-devtools --mode=all 

after that I could not work under the devices, for all the devices that I have, this gives me this error:

Has anyone come across this before?

UPDATE:

itunes also cannot see my devices. I reinstalled xcode, but no change.

Reinstalling Mac OS resolved the issue.
