Android Studio - why my mouse over a tooltip continues to fade

While using Android Studio, I get this error when I click on the text associated with android:name . However, when I move the mouse down to click on more , the tooltip will disappear. Also the Cmd F1 shortcut does nothing.

What am I doing wrong?
