Unable to create new provisioning profile for app store. Displaying a warning with the message "An unspecified error has occurred. Update and try again" I updated and tried a lot, but the same error enter image description here

I had this problem all day, and that’s how I solved it

  • Cancel your current certificate at developer.apple.com
  • Do not try to renew the certificate through developer.apple.com, you just get the same crash as the person who posted this question.
  • Open xcode
  • Choose Settings → Accounts → Apple IDs → View Details
  • Click the create button next to the iOS distribution label
  • Return to developer.apple.com and voila, you have a new certificate

Check if you have admin rights. I assume that now you are only a member and cannot do what you are trying to do.
