I am trying to implement billing in an application using Android, but I am getting a strange error and I can not find anyone on the network with a similar problem.
I have done the following:
- An APK is loaded with billing permission for the developer console as alpha build.
- A Google testing group has been added, with my personal Gmail account as a member.
- Went to choosing a URL and became a tester.
- Added a personal gmail account to the account included for testing (in settings> account information).
- Created a product without consumption and set it as "active".
- 24 hours expected.
- Put the signed version of the release on your phone.
When I click on the "Buy" button, a store dialog box opens, which says: "This is a test order from which you will not pay." Everything seems good so far, but each payment method says: "This payment method has been declined." therefore, I cannot continue. This includes a Google Play balance, an Amex card, Visa and PayPal.
I tried the following: none of them worked:
- Used a different google account for test payments.
- Removed my account from the list of test accounts in the settings of the developer console to try to use it with "real" transactions.
- I tried another device.
- I tried to create another product.
Any thoughts on what might be wrong?
