Creating a NAT64 Network

Question

I have MacOS 10.11 Beta 3 (El Capiton) installed and you want to test my iPhone application in the configuration for NAT64 + DNS64 only for IPv6 only. But I can not find "Create NAT64 Network" in the "Network Sharing" dialog box.

Has anyone encountered this problem? Is there any way to enable this?
