Visual Studio 2015 Cordoba Tools - Ripple Startup Error "scriptedsandbox64.exe has stopped working" Appears

Whenever I start the pulsation debugger, the scriptedsandbox64.exe process stops working, and both the DOM Explorer and the debugging tools show a huge update button, clicking on the specified button causes an error to appear again.

The problem was that the version of Internet Explorer was 10, the cordova tools needed version 11 to work correctly, updating to version v11 solves the problem.

I had the same problem and it works when installing IE11
