Support for reading Delphi iOS screenshots for blind users

I have an old iOS application developed in Delphi / FireMonkey. Now the client calls and says that the application does not work with screen readers - and if there is a solution for this.

I think I will have to upgrade to the Delphi version, but beyond that - is this possible with Delphi / FireMonkey controls? I see that they have FireMonkey JAWS / VoiceOver support for screen reading in OSX and Windows, but not for iOS, it seems?
