Unity Publishing App on Windows Phone Store

I successfully downloaded the app and another thing in the store, but got stuck in one question about content certification. Is there a way to get this certificate easily, as in the Google Play Developer Console. I get this error

Content Policies: 11.11 Required Rating Certificates

If rating on any particular rating system is required by law in any country, you must assign a rating to your application. If applicable law also requires documentation, including rating documentation for this rating system along with your application.

Developer Notes

An application is a game that targets Korea and / or Brazil and / or Russia for distribution, but does not have a valid game rating certificate.

I am also trying to go to the abstract certification website, but have not received any help from them. I am new to windows store. Please tell me the easiest way to solve this problem. Thanks.

I have the same issue with content certification in my game.

Since market age ratings are optional in most markets, although there are four markets where an age rating is needed to publish an application / game: Brazil, Korea, Russia, and Taiwan.

Using the following steps has received certification for each market in which a rating is required:

Finally, after you have your ratings and certificates, and added them to the application.

I published a social app for the Windows Store. I just installed “16+” for all countries (because according to the descriptions in the Windows Store my application should be 16+), and my application is available in Russia without a special rating. I am sure you can do the same.
