It depends, if your company / customers are already adopting Windows 10, it might be worth it. But if you have clients running Windows 7 or 8, it may take some time for them to migrate.
Perhaps, as a first step, you may need to use portable libraries as much as possible so that you can use most of your view models, models, DTO and business logic on different platforms (full .NET and WPF, Windows Runtime and UWP).
