Can I get another call closure in the App App in my application

I want to create an application that will receive notification of closed events of other applications on the device, is this possible? I googled and stumbled upon one suggestion from Quora. How can an iOS application get a list of all the other applications installed on the device? Which gives the list only, and it is not with the real name of the application, it gives the name of the process only,

I want to receive notifications about opening and closing other applications on my iOS device from my application.

Suppose my application name is "getNotify", after which it will receive a notification if I open facebook in my application or twitter on my device or any other application on my device.

You cannot do this. You are isolated by a sandbox; This is part of the iOS point. And if another application starts, your application, by definition, does not work and cannot receive any notifications.
