Error SVN 155009: Failed to start work with WC database \ Cannot open file \ System cannot find the specified file

I found bad information using svn Error 155009 with the message:

Could not start WC WC work queue associated with 'C: \ Users \ XXX \ Foo', work item 82 (file-install Bar.dll 1 0 1 1) Cannot open file 'C: \ Users \ XXX \ Foo. svn \ intact \ c2 \ c2dbd0fd0b44d0e4915581196479ada5567b0750.svn base ': The system cannot find the specified file

I am on Windows 7 with 1.8.11 svn libs (Tortoise installed).

Help me figure out the problem and how to fix it when that happens.

Invalid working copy area damaged. There is a high probability that some tool or antivirus has broken the pristine area.

Back up the contents of this working copy and check the new working copy.
