Export gpg secret key without passphrase

In gpg 1.4.16, I can gpg --export-secret-keys <key> without a passphrase, and that is not a problem. However, I cannot do it anyway in version 2.1.9. He asks if I have any profile, I confirm, and she skips the key. There must be some configuration option for it to do as I please. What is it?

For those who are still facing this problem (like me): It was a regression in gng versions starting with 2.1.0, which was fixed in 2.1.13.
