Visual Studio 2015: create an empty project

Where is the option "Empty project" in VS 2015?

There is no longer the category "General" or "Other templates" and is not displayed in the main list of C # / C ++ options.

The "Empty project" template (if you can call it that) is now under:

Installed -> Visual (C # / C ++ / etc) -> Windows -> Classic Desktop

An empty project will be displayed as a standard item in alphabetical order.

It is assumed that you install the basic language templates when installing VS - otherwise just select your language and follow the instructions to install the necessary tools (+ templates).
