I got the address and port number from someone. I send something called a "tag" and get the answer back, zpl tag.
I have to start Uni-Box by sending this tag tag through a socket connection. I tried to do this with curl. It works, but it takes about 10 seconds before I get a response.

I found something that works, but not sure if this is the best way.
Do not use curl this time. If I use socket_read when there is nothing to read, it takes another 10 seconds to get the result. But I know the characters that should receive received messages, so I use this to determine when to stop.
It works, and it takes less time!
