Export calculated fields to Dynamics CRM Solution

We export the solution with all our settings from CRM and unpack it into separate files (using SolutionPackager.exe ) for storage in the original control. This works fine until we add some calculated fields.

When repacking using SolutionPackager.exe and importing, we get an error that is not in the FormulaDefinition file. Of course, in our source element there is no Formulas folder.

If I open the zip file of the solution that we exported, I see the formulas folder, but unpacking this solution mysteriously makes the formulas disappear. I did not find anything useful in this question, does anyone have a problem with this problem before?
