Error logging into Facebook application on localhost

I want to create a Facebook application. I did everything they indicated. I installed the installation for testing the application on my local host, as they indicated here

I get the index page correctly (see image below). But when I click the Facebook login button, I get the following error.

Why is this so? What should I do? Did I miss something? I have PHP-sdk from Facebook. and considers

Try setting up the application domain in your application settings. I do not think you can log in with localhost.
