Nested recycler implementation, such as the Google Play Store app

I am currently working on replicating the user interface template implemented in the Play Store application, to implement this behavior, I used the Vertical Recycler view as an appearance and added a horizontal view of the recycler inside the adapter for the vertical appearance of the recycler. The problem I am currently facing - this is when the view of the external recycler scrolls, the horizontal internal view of the recycler cannot catch the scroll event on it, but when the external view of the recycler not scrolling, we can smoothly view the horizontal view of the recycler, if it please leave a comment. Cou can test the functionality in the Play Play, this allows you to scroll through the horizontal internal view of the recycler, even if viewing the external recycler scrolls.
