How to copy or select content between brackets or open html closure using Atom (including tags themselves)?

In Atom, you can use [ctrl + m] to jump to the appropriate bracket or close the html tag.

How can you select content from the beginning / including the opening bracket / html to the end / including the closing or closing tag?
