Google Play App does not display app code or version name

I released the app in the game store and got some feedback. In the Google Play Developer Console, I could not see the version of the application in several reviews. This is what I found in the APPLICATION header.

Version code — Version name —

I tried to search, but could not find an explanation so that they were absent. What could be the possible reasons?

Thanks for contacting Google Play Developer Support!

As for your concerns, the fact that the version code is not in the user reviews / comments is usually the result of the fact that the one-time use that left comments in your application has several devices on which your application was installed. Versions of your applications installed on multiple devices are different; therefore, the system cannot determine which version the particular user is using.
